PAYMENT FOR GOODS & DELIVERY CHARGES

awaydaystees.co.uk can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by
telephone or post. All payments including all shipping and handling fees, must be made by
paypal, postal order or cheque. awaydaystees.co.uk will not accept any other form of payment.
All credit card transactions are completed on paypal.com which is a safe server. All orders
made on awaydaystees.co.uk are delivered free within the UK. However overseas buyers do
incur a charge of £5.oo for sending the t-shirt INternational Signed For mail.

DELIVERY TIMES

As all t-shirts featured are made to order, awaydaystees.co.uk aims to deliver to your
door within 6-8 working days from the date of the order.  Working days are Monday to Friday.
However, there may be circumstances beyond awaydaystees.co.uk's control which cause
delay and in such circumstances we will endeavour to deliver the goods within 10 days of the
date the order was made. awaydaystees.co.uk uses the "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For"
service to deliver its goods in the United Kingdom and "Royal mail International Signed For"
for Europe and overseas and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by this service.

awaydaystees.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided
over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance
with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

awaydaystees.co.uk LIMITED LIABILITY

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury awaydaystees.co.uk's liability
for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. We shall not be liable
for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if awaydaystees.co.uk has previously
been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE & GOODS

awaydaystees.co.uk will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does
not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot
guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All the items for sale on the awaydaystees.co.uk site are made to order and we are confident
that what you have purchased, will be up to your standard..
awaydaystees.co.uk is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered
goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 7 days (21 on international orders)
in a saleable condition with all swing tags etc attached.
awaydaystees.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods
whilst in transit. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a
traceable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems
with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should
return them to us so that we can replace them. These terms and conditions do not
affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential.
awaydaystees.co.uk acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998
